Ginseng is a very important plant in traditional Chinese medicine. Lecithin is very present in soya beans, but also in egg yolks and sunflower or rape seeds. Vitamins B5, B6, B9 and B12 contribute to a reduction in fatigue. Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 contribute to a normal energy metabolism.
